About this parkrun

All on concrete, now two laps since they changed the route. Very slight undulation, which is more noticeable second time round! Road shoes for sure. Easy parking on the roads nearby.

Fast wide, downhill start on excellent surface, a bit twisty through past the lake and climbs up steadily. Downhill from 2.9m to the funnel. Fast course, lots of parking on roads or in the other half of the park near the visitors centre.

Nice 2 lapper on good wide tarmac paths , plenty of on street parking & well marshalled , fairly flat , potential PB course

Nice 2 lap course that is basically flat. Easy parking but no toilets available before the run. Nice cafe and toilets available afterwards.

2 laps, tarmac all the way round. Mostly quite wide paths, narrower in the section around the lake. Some climbs but nothing too steep. Normally easy to park on one of the surrounding roads.

2 laps of a large park on wide mostly tarmac paths. Large field but well spread out. Mostly flat. Lots of parking, toilets and cafe available to use at Rugby club, gate near finish area to access.
