May feeling good on the build up to this...looking for 18.40 so was well chuffed with new pb of 18.24. An undulating 5k and felt strong throughout and good pacing by magoo to get me to time achieved. First lady and bottle of red for my efforts..onto pub after and then chip shop for fish supper for celebration! ;-)

gtwhitton Having done no running whatsoever since last months race I was interested to see how I did. I was actually 10 seconds faster than last time out, alhtough my calves hurt a lot more!! Kept form reasonably well and enjoyed it. Still a little away from my PB of 20m11s, but with some training I should get back to that sort of performance soon, and go for that elusive sub-20. Happy with result. 30 out of 54.
