The new route is a pleasant one lapper, net downhill on mostly trail paths but taking in some grass and hard paths. Quick in the right conditions.

Enjoyable mixed terrain course. Hadn’t researched it properly so expecting a large climb at the end which didn’t materialise

From Euston Northern line to Elephant & Castle walk round corner to E&C National Rail board Sevenoaks Bond train to Beckenham Hill - park is across road from station - start 1/4 mile - 2 laps rolling with 2 big downhills. Mainly grass & wooded trail.
