SPKoF Happy with that on the back of high mileage. Could have done without the lead runner of a group of 3 from another club edging me further and further into the rough shrubbery to stop me passing. Still - red rag to a bull and it pissed me off so much I dropped all 3 of them on the 2nd lap - who's laughing now eh? - twunts. Oh - and it was 4.2 miles.
