MKS Perfect weather for racing even with a NW breeze. Better pacing than last year and a negative 5k split 22:30 and 22:12 which included the slight over distance at the end, so pleased with that. Fast last kilometre and didn't lose any places (net) from halfway. About a 25 sec course PB and improved finishing position from 94th last year to 76th this time.
