Night-owl Don't know what time i'll do a seasons best will be great (26:30) but will have had a few hard runs this week in prep for a mile race next month Absolutely pleased another seasons best, an improvement of 34 seconds in 2 weeks

Ultra Kanga Kazzaaaaah!! Only decided to enter this morning. Foot bit sore but ok during race (sore now). Only third road run since Felsted so was taking it more as a training run than race. Altho' way off pb shape was more than happy to go sub-25.

Wabo not much off pb but i am going to try, i wouldnt bet though as i have a lsr the day before lsr took its toll on the legs, but I am happy with my time. Just didn't have another gear to step up!
