wrinty Started conservatively and then picked up pace after climbing first hill. However the final hill at 4.5 miles wiped me out and I struggled on jelly legs to the finish. 26th.

Running Fish crap. jogged up the first hill ok, but when i tried to open up at the top my hamstring complained big time. spent the rest of the run nursing it round but half expecting it to go. barely able to walk at the end.

runner duck excellent race - def recommend twisted ankle in 1st mile and ran out of puff at 4th - will be back next year to improve!
