Debstir Never run this before but heard it was 'undulating' - you're no' kidding!! Mile 5 was horrible, the never-ending hill! It was really hot today and there was only one water station; I topped up my Run-Aid bottle at it and was glad I took it even though I don't usually race with any drinks - although I wish I had taken my Camelbak instead! Really scenic course though (if a bit hilly!) and the finishing lap round the playing field was a killer... but 3 minutes faster than my last 10m so I'm happy!

Just Jim Dedstir pretty much said it all. I think if I had been told about the hills in advance i would have stayed at home! New to running so hoped to get within 10 minute miles. To have done it on this course in the hot weather was very pleasing.
