Comedycare Watch time. Enjoyed this race - felt like we were going downhill most of the way. Very sore shins for the first 3 miles then felt great!

Debstir Watch time, will update with chip time when I get it but I'd imagine it's quite close (gun time was 2:00:44 because I started right at the back). Pleased with time, it was a real struggle from the off today.

PentlandPounder Nice we PB by 1 min 20. Great course, very scenic. Welcome shower about 1.5 miles from the end which cooled me down. Pacing good, no one overtook me in the last 4 miles, and I passed a few, so all in all quite pleased, esp as I was worried I'd not fully recovered fron the Pentland skyline last week. Off on my hols for the rest of the week. wahey. didnt spot any fetchies, surprisingly!
