Baza Probably a bit ambtious on this challenging course, but hopefully with recent training I should manage it. Added boost will be that the youngsters from my training squad will be doing their session in the Glen as our coach helps at this race so will be cheering our club runners on. *Update* Yaa dancer... a PB on 'that' course... that was very unexpected. Went through 5K in 17:50 and thought s*it I've blown it, but held it together. Slowed on the 2nd lap as I was cautious on the downhill part saving myself for the climb back up through the Glen. Enjoyed my pints afterwards in the pub.... well done everyone

_andy Excellent race with a great atmosphere. Much too hilly to set a PB on that course, which doesn't explain how I managed one, albeit by a second. Must find a flat 10k somewhere. Had a strangely lonely run, finishing 28s behind the runner in front, and with 40s back to the next runner. 20th place and third male team (yay!).
