Grey Badger Had just finished 12hr night shift at 0700 and race started at 0930 so felt a bit yuk but got going not too bad during race and managed to win a prize which was a big surprise.Very well organised event and will look forward to doing it again.

\J\ Slightly cooler than last year but very muggy.. Was disapointed at first with my time but after checking lasts years time of 45:55 felt better.

Raisty Raist bit of a struggle. went off far too fast for such hot weather and couldn't then get any sort of rhythmn going for the 9.5 k after that. enjoyed it though as was my first time in this particular race
