Grey Badger Had just finished 12hr night shift at 0700 and race started at 0930 so felt a bit yuk but got going not too bad during race and managed to win a prize which was a big surprise.Very well organised event and will look forward to doing it again.

Raisty Raist bit of a struggle. went off far too fast for such hot weather and couldn't then get any sort of rhythmn going for the 9.5 k after that. enjoyed it though as was my first time in this particular race
