Michael C Good run although was hoping for sub 16:30 but course changes meant a few more tight turns so actually pleased with 16:41 for 10th place.

Sharkie Disappointed yet again. Perhaps 3 races in 6 days not clever even though one was only a 1k. Too cold and damp for me - hence the familiar numb toes. Lack of proper warm up meant first k was too fast again and I seriously lost it ks 3 and 4.
