About this parkrun

Flat! Starts next to the Lough inlet, narrow to start then becomes wider, lovely course that is well supported. Great team and volunteers, the welcome is very real! Cafe in the courtyard is recommended!

Out and back along the 6 mile river as it meets Lough Neagh, with two laps of gardens in the middle. tarmac paths, some narrow bottle necks but generally plenty of room. Predominantly flat. The finish line is further out then the start. Beautiful course.
