Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

sanddancer Watch time: 01:02:18. Position 381 of 418 finishers. Very enjoyable and 11 minutes off my PB. I loved running in the fog. Hopefully my sub 1 hour target will be achieved sooner than I'd anticipated. Very well-marshalled race.

SDI This was the one year anniversary of my first race so I was quite excited. I ran it with my running partner Liz who got me through a very difficult 7k-8k. We ran a very evenly paced race and I was reasonably happy with our time but the question is............Will I ever manage a sub 60 10k? Well, that's the goal for this year!!
