paskha It's a lovely course, through the woods (rough path, no-one fell over this year & there were over 400 of us!) and across the beach & up along the coastal path. I don't mind what time I do as long as I feel strong and can pick it up in the last 3 miles on the boring bit back along the road, which I did. Cold headwind slowed most of us down a bit coming uphill mile 6-7.
