Lexo Good news was a PB,..bad news was 20 secs over 90 minutes. Must try harder. thats 6 HMs this year and still cant beat the 90 minute hoodoo. though am at least getting closer!!. Good crowds and pleasant enough route although dare I say it maybe too er flat. Not to keen on fact you end the course at the same time as the runners from the marathon are coming in. I felt really bad hareing down the last KM swerving in and out of all the brave marathon runners. Cant have been fun for them either seeing all these HM runners whizzing past !!! very wierd Nivce time had though in Amsterdam although officially the most expensive place on the planet!!! I bought a can of diet coke out of a supermarket and it was 1.50 GBP!!
