About this parkrun
Incredibly fast course. Out and back along tarmac path that was a railway line. One long meandering straight, round a cone and back. Gentle uphill on the way out, to give helpful downhill on way back. My time was so good, I'm convinced it was short.WildeRover 7th Jan 2019
A lovely fast course at a small event. Route is a case of out and back on the old railway route. The first half (out section) is slightly uphill and the second half (back section) is downhill which makes you push hard for a good time. PB territory

Tarmac out & back. Climbs 160ft on the way out but pace it right & you’ll fly back down to the finish: My most recent effort was 10:34 to halfway & 9:20 return thanks to the gradient.

Straight out and back course. First half is climbing then turn at a cone and fly home. My second half was 1:26 faster than first half
