Goodlife Went of a bit quickly and after 4km started to struggle but last 3km got a secong wind and finished strongly, beat my PB by 2 and a half mins so I reckon my training is paying off.

artypete Had to walk 3 times, maybe about 1.mins 30s in total?? Bloody fast considering the walking time!!! Still not recovered from London, and very stiff & sore from first speed training session in 3 months! Not bad. :-)
