    Boab: Interestingly, you seem to be injured every 3 to 4 months. Some quality mileage you are putting in for London. Looking good for a very fast time. :)

    Race Jase: I follow your progress intermittently on RW sub three thread. Inspirational Marigold, it really is. You've done times that everyone else can only dream of and looking at this graph, it's clear to see that you deserve it with all them miles! Keep it up and cant wait to see what you do at London! :-)
