Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

There is an area to sit in at the track; with comfy chairs and tables and vending machines n stuff, so it's not like you'd be sat in the rain!

Just over a week to go folks!

You can see it's a nice new track and there is an indoor seating area for before / after / cake and shower facilities. The track is a short walk from Deighton station, or a two mile jog from Huddersfield station. Nearest motorway junction is 25 of the M62, and it's only a 5-10 min drive from there.

kirklees.gov.uk for views of the track and sportsbarn.
kirklees.gov.uk with maps and directions.

And after cake and chat, I would suggest the Head of Steam if anyone wants beer and some food in the early evening. It's actually on Huddersfield train station, so it's easy to find, accessible on the train and by car and does real ale and pub grub.

Any questions?
