Any recommendations please?

Looking for a new running jacket for Mrs Fitz: waterproof & breathable; light / reflective colour but not dayglo hi-viz; urban runner so doesn't need to be mountain-spec; crucially - has a hood that folds up / packs away! I can't find any like that, they either have no hood at all, or a hood that flaps around at the back when not in use.

All top tips and recommendations gladly received!

Even though the pic shows hood up, I have a men's ronhill jacket and I knew the hood goes away. :-) G
