But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Feckin Halifax Online!

I email them to tell them my new credit card (which they made me change to) doesn't work when trying to buy stuff online 'cos their stupid online-secure system doesn't recognise the number and the cheeky feckers email me back three days later saying they haven't got time to deal with my problem and I should call their helpline!!

So I have to call their helpline so that I can use THEIR credit card? Tossers!!

The ODEON cinema's automated speech recognition phone system annoys the hell out of me.

All I wan to find out is where I can see Run Fat Boy Run on friday and I have to listen to a load of garbage

oh yes, and you say your address and they say, sorry, i didnt quite get that and this goes on and on and on and in the end you give up and wait for an operator grrr.
