A pair of Asics Cumulus 20's (Red Alert / Peacoat) ready for 2020.

Will be going back the Cumulus after about 10 months / 1,000 miles in Brooks 10's.

The Brooks are a slightly wider forefoot and have reduced a problem I have with numb toes coming on at around mile 18, but as I have no marathon plans next year and generally prefer the Asics fit and build, it's a welcome return.

Love Lettuce
I used to wear Brooks but was finding that the toe box was a bit too big so switched to Asics. Enjoy your new shoes!

Thanks LL.
I've been more than happy with previous 2 x Cumulus and 3 x Nimbus - so think the right choice has been made 🙂

New clippy thing for my Bose Soundsport headphones. The headphones are great, so much so that my wife has taken ownership of them, and lost said clippy thing.

A white Karrimor top and black shorts. I've worn blue or black in a few races but I somehow run better in a white shirt.

A box of Black Friday oblongs.

[Also waiting for some Pegasus Turbo 2. Because of course I don't have a stack of running shoes and a broken knee.]

Sales shopping today. Go Outdoors. A Montane ant-freeze jacket. Usually retails at £240. On the sale rail for £165. Online it is supposed to come with a stuff sack. Got it down to £150 because it had no stuff sack. I then got Blue Light discount down to £135 😀
