Fortuna 54 doesn't have an English wikipedia page, but it does have a Dutch one. Applying google translate to that page tells me that the clubs founder, Mr Joosten, "built the team up by teasing shivering chaste chaps".

I can't find any evidence of either being named after a cigarette company. That doesn't mean they weren't, Brighton and Hove Albion were (apocryphally) named after a brewery in the city that owned shares in one or other of the founding clubs that came together to make the modern team.
