suspect he wont need an actual runner then, just someone to meet him at CPs

I don't understand how someone can plan to do a race 1000s of miles away and neglect to read the rules to the extent of making this big a mistake...

Baffled. Seriously baffled.

It kind of undermines the months and years of preparation and obsession that most put into the race in order to do their very best. If they are lucky enough to get a place in the first place that is.

I've think I'd seen the lads running schedule and i don't think whw is his obsession, just another decent race. He's done a lot of 100's. I see he's sorted now and hope he has a great race.

I'm sure he will...especially when he realises that the start is in Milngavie not Fort William!

Wkp phoned me tonight to say she's cracked some ribs in a freak train-suitcase accident. So gutted for her. I'm going to see her tomorrow but I doubt she'll manage to come and be on my crew now :-(. It could have been so much worse, at least she's ok and her kids are too.
