My concern too Ruth. Had to run the last mile of Windsor carrying the little fella. Don't fancy doing the same for the last 4 miles of a marathon!

Joined up again, missed out just on a sub 3 hrs last year plan on going well under this year, training going to plan so far even in all the snow and ice of December. Looking forward to the Fetchpoint again just one little thing please don't drop the gel this year, it was a killer stopping and then getting going again last year.......
