Just for my own interest I looked up why these pastry products are vegan, the fats are various combinations of rapeseed and palm oil. Fair enough apart from palm oil, see avocado.

Coconut sugar is a marvelous, marvelous thing.

Coconut works pretty well in yoghurt.
But agree coconut based cheese is definitely 'i'd rather just go without' territory.
