The Independent has loads of free sudokus here: puzzles.independent.co.uk

and if you sign up, it credits you with points and maintains a leader board. For the expert level, it's 40 points for solving, or 50 for solving in under 12 minutes.

does look unlikely from those scores, doesn't it? I didn't know leader boards were visible, it just sent me a message saying I was top. Maybe there's an all-time one they don't let us see.
