Swim 1.8 miles Bike 87.1 Run 40.1 Yoga 5 sessions Strength 2 sessions Walkies 55 The Cough is still in evidence on occasions but allowed me a 2:40 Half RWQQFM. Bloomin made it's presence felt the evening and night after though. Need to defect Tri Clubs for the one that does swim sessions nearby at a decent time of day. Need to cycle a) more and b) outdoors. Overall fairly solid considering.

It seems to be a very lovely day up here in Zwolle, but I wouldn't be surprised if it decides to rain when we get to the outside, practical, portion of the learning. So far we've covered 10 kind of native tree, and I have only had to Google translate about 15% of the words, so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself. Sausage presentation may have to wait until lunchtime, or even tomorrow.
