Bike - 32:02:46 522.5 Run - 18:56:50 122.7 Cross - 44:43:40 Total - 95:43:16 Rest days - 0
Races Cross country champs - we won the vets team and I was 2nd Vet 50 CX race - 8th the week before nationals and my best finish of the season CX Nationals - 39th from 71, went backwards to go forwards. Solid but not brilliant Zwift race - I have no rank or training so entered an A race and came 14th, with the leaders to the last K and would have won the B race so made the right call
DVD extras - those 45 hrs are a mix of Gym, yoga and Karate, all things that are a very different speed for me and a different sort of commitment. Need to balance out as I need to find another 9hrs of cardio to get back to where I want to be.

If you've got any troubles with arm/shoulder then swimming with paddles is a really bad idea. I'm not a big fan, although they have their uses for certain drills and remain a useful tool for occasional specific use.

Poor rotation doesn't help me. I was doing drills for that yesterday afternoon.

Yep, that too. Rotation helps position you correctly to better engage the pectoral and latissimus dorsi muscles. Means you're using the big 'thuggee' muscles in your chest and back rather than the relatively puny 'delicate motor' muscles in your rotator cuff.

ION, I have turned a corner along the road to recovery. Just committed 15 very (very very) easy km on the watter and am feeling good. Rest now!
