I have a silly question for the swimmers. How do you remember your sets? I missed a bit on Friday and I have a really complicated one to do tomorrow. Put it in your watch (I can't: mine is too cheap)? Bring a whiteboard in as I saw someone do last week? Bit of soggy paper (ugh)?

In the past I’ve used paper sellotaped inside a polypocket (often gets wet eventually). Another solution I’ve used is a laminated piece of blank A4 with the session written on with chinograph pencil (or whiteboard markers, but these rub off too easily in my experience).

Mostly I do it from memory, but I have been doing it for a very long time.

I’ve got a wee book called Swim Workouts for Triathletes by Gale Bernhardt. It’s been printed on waterproof paper, which seems to work well. However, the couple of times I’ve used it at the pool I’ve ended up spending ages drying between the page leaves afterwards as the water gets everywhere.
Therefore, not recommended (although the workouts are pretty good, so it’s not a total dud!).

Sellotape to water bottle with enough tape to keep it mostly dry?
Zwifted gently. Walkies now.
