Yes always mid May-ish, just that mid May at Dorney is like April……

I have yoga’d. I was shit, but not so shit I can’t show my face again so 7 week’s worth booked.

I have also yoga'd, for it is Wednesday. I also had a row with a bloke from the tennis club and rode one whole mile on Zwift while I was waiting for my class.

Zwift was sufficiently unimpressed to decide not to save it.

I have done many walks and no work due to needing to mind 16mo niece at short notice. Still got a ******* cold. Quite tired.

Well Glenners, its not a heated pool, and would mean i'd need to practise in a cold spring lake, which i'm not overly enthusiastic about.
