Still stupidly busy with work and family and stuff so all rather fallen off the wagon, have taken control of over-eating though I think. Regular in person Yoga signed up for. Outdoor pool swim tonight (probably the last of the season, sadly) and a new term of small person tri coaching begins with a lake swim on Saturday. Looking forward to a clearing of the head and much walking in Welsh landscape next week, with maybe a bit of "what do I/we want out of the next couple of years" thinking that seems to only happen with a bit of space from work and home. I have walked the dog. It was already warm.
