Hour on the TT done. Roared past this little old lady on a clumpy old sit up and beg bike, and was spinning up a hill a short way ahead and she roared back past.

It was a fucking electric bike.....

4:29.95 today for 1500. My first reaction as I crossed the line was I quit 1500 but it was windy and cold so not the day for a PB (that was Saturday). Pretty much ran step for step and beat a guy that ran 4:25 on Saturday so even though I obviously want more and I'm sick of the 4:27-29 range, I'm quite relaxed about today for once.

Swimmed. No old ladies powered by engines blasted past; my swimming was quite tidy and feel for the water is slowly coming back.
