Morning all. So far today I have done nothing to reduce my masculinity - for as we know ultra running and triathlons are a subtle form of chemical castration. Glenn will explain the science when he gets here I'm sure.

MA. Skipped the 5am swim and then slept through many more alarms and turned up at work an hour late. Oops.
I ran last night though and might squeeze the swim in at the weekend.
