No sausages for me this morning either. 2 miles in the pool done though. And I have running kit and a headtorch in my bag for later tonight
Todays claim to fame is I beat the first amateur over the line at Kona in a 25m swimming race once. He may have been about 6 and me 8 but I'm takiing it.

Even though I am currently on this Vegan gig, there's still sausages to be had - varied quality but some are pretty decent.
Vegan bacon - even shaped like a rasher - is the worst thing in the world (other than rain, and Barbican alcohol free lager).
