Not as massive as some, but that's me DFM. Pleased given I was in the land of the bottomless refill for 2 weeks. Swim - 05:46 (17.74%) - 11.7km (7.3 Miles) Bike - 18:30 (56.91%) - 392.2km (243.2 Miles) Run - 08:14 (25.34%) - 80.4km (49.8 Miles) X-Train - 04:24 Total: 32:31:36 covering 484.3km (300.3 miles)

A splendid offering clocking in at around 90 hours - 20 miles swum, 150 run, around 1000 pedalled. Around 4-5 complete rest days in that as well. I have planned August to be bigger. Operation Ironman Hard Yakka is a go....
