Good evening

I have let Fetch down, the thread down and myself down.

For despite working in south west london this morning, i haven’t done any training, when i even drove past the pool on my way home.

Didn’t take my gear.

Poor planning and a disappointing lack of desire.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
