I have bicycled on a thing with turning wheels, outside. Twas odd, but agreeable, 62 miles at around 21mph. Every cyclist who has ever lived was also out, on the same roads.
Vit is a splendid, splendid thing. I once gorged myself on 'Freddo' bars which they had at the finish, what's not to like? Swim is a lovely thing too, if you get a sunny day first wave goes just as the sun appears over the horizon, swimming towards it, majestic.

I haven't been swimming today. I have been able to see my bottom but only in a mirror.

For those watching in black and white, Rich's arse is hairy.

It's currently velcro'd itself onto the sofa.
