As suspected, a couple of the roads are more worthy of a bubble-tyred moon buggy. This is what happens when you plan without intelligence. Who gave the officer the map?! I shall be making recommendations.

Hills of Death (HOD) Jul 2016 10:13am, 24 Jul 2016 32,427 posts	0 Hills of Death (HOD) Heat is good for bike not for running. Had a good bike yesterday over 30 miles quite enjoyed it. Finished off with a brick run which I wouldn't have gone but my wife 'volunteered' me. Running with this young Romanian lad who wants to get fit by running EVERY day I've given him a plan which doesn't involve that. He thought he could do about an hour and half I guessed a third of that I was right ;-).
