Don't tell my teammates but I reckon we will need to do 5 or 6 laps each. Possibly 7 as they (not me) are a bit speedy.

I've never done this so I'm not sure what I've let myself in for, but I'm looking forward to it....never ran in the pitch black either....must get a head torch....:-)

You will be fine - I was terrified of doing the night lap ( ask James ) but I admit it was bloody slow but ok - ( it was only so slow 'cos I was scared I was going to fall over and hurt myself. It was hard and knackering but I really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to do it again.
