I grabbed a 45 minute nap when i did my 11 laps in 2011

I went for mainly portable food. Most laps found me walking the first few hundred yards munching on a pasty or pie or supping on a bottle of flat coke.

I'll be kipping in the back of the car..if I kip at all but can certainly have stash ready in there..don't know if I could manage a pasty though! Sounds nicer than a SIS gel. Keep your tips coming as I need every one of them. I need to add an avatar too, only go on Runners World normally but I see I will defo need to frequent Fetchie site much more now!!!!!
