Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

She's here in west Cornwall. Blowing a hoolie, sky as black as a gorilla's arse, and hammering down. Ye Gods, when will it ever end? :-(

Not had too much of Kathleen in West Oxfordshire, but last night was a bit hairy! We’re part way though having our roof replaced, so have no tiles at the moment, just the membrane and it sounded very scary with the wind howling across the exposed timbers holding the membrane down.
More high winds expected today too. 🤦‍♂️

Old Mum
She came in here (East Scotland) last night and rattled everything. She seemed to settle down after a couple of Buckfasts and karaoke in the Ship Inn, so I thought I'd head out with the dugs ealier today.

Chucked the ball, feet taken from under me, shoulder went 'ouchee' two cocker spaniels wondering why mum was shouting MOTHER***ER and a very slow one handed drive home. Tyipcal given this is the last day of a week's leave and the only sodding day it hasn't been sideways rain in weeks.

She was singing Xanadou at karaoke, btw, in the style of Eric Morecambe.
