I've found loads of little paths and alleyways I didn't know about before as well as navigating out in the country. Sacked off my run. My knee is just too painful today. I think too much driving in the last couple of days hasn't helped, but it's as V'rap suggested re her knee, ie a rogue bit of cartilage getting caught.

Go for it Dio, I'm done for the year. 1,108 miles - my third highest ever. 48 parkruns best time of 24.18, my fastest parkrun since 2017. 8 other 5Ks - best time of 23.54. 6 10Ks - best time of 52.38. 1 8 mile race. Hope you all have a funky new year, we're off to do a new (for us) parkrun in the morning.

Felt harder than it should have. But a decent end to the year. Fell off the radar the past few months but 1082 miles for the year. Happy with that.
