Nae Heartbreak Hill! Don't underestimate the rise at Kirkcaldy though, but it does give you a nice downhill. Stirling: the Carse is fine, but I'm not sure it's the best of Stirling (ish). Also, why an out and back? Can easily make a circuit. Hopefully the abbatoir won't smell too bad on a Sunday.

Hope that someone turns up for you. Recent chat on the daft Alva Games race had me digging out one of my old photos. It's a crazy race, that one.
