Great run there westmoors, sounds a nice route too.
Glad you covid pair seem to be recovering. Dunno about how wise it is to brush off its potential after effects, worth reading the current studies on it re post covid exercise. I'm sure you're clued up though. Take care.

Ness Mrs G is properly rough and I think worse than I was. Mini G is ill as well but totally hyper so house is carnage.

I will test again Wednesday as that's the next point when ideally being back in the outside world would be good.

It must be rough having all of you in the house with it! Mr Ness is feeling better today. His symptoms started about 24 / 48 hours before mine. I think waiting until Wednesday makes sense. I’m hoping to do some gentle indoor exercise over the next two days and get outdoors on Wednesday but, again, only if the test is negative. 🤞

I was in too much pain and that was eating pain killers. Yesterday was the first time I wanted to do something.

Take care Ness and Gobi get well soon.

sorry I’ve been awol! It’s been a whirlwind since I got home yesterday morning. I smashed more then my expectations the goal was to finish ideally within 24 but a stretch target of 22-23hrs I managed 20:46:01!!

I will blog eventually but suffice to say it was brutal I knew it was 80% road but road tarmac must be harder than path tarmac as my feet were screaming! A lot of it was uninspiring thankfully what was inspiring was beautiful wish more was on the wall itself.

Few pics.

Thank you for the lovely messages ^^ and the good wishes throughout.
