Oh ITG! How frustrating and worrying :-( Stay away from *everyone*.

I've had my bimble and it was gorgeous. Absolutely perfect day here at the seaside - cloudless skies, no wind, beautiful autumn colours. I feel very - uplifted, is the word I think :-)

At Reykjavik airport.

Either there is a flight tomorrow or they send me home tonight. They should decide around lunchtime. Stuck in the airport all day anyway so I might as well do some grading.

If it doesn't go tomorrow, I will cancel the trip.

No idea whay it was cancelled today; if it were q of passenger numbers, going tomorrow wont change anything. Weather is fine in Nuuk too (for once!).

Good luck ITG! Flying was bad enough pre covid :(
Fantastic Friday, body blast in the kitchen then ran to the bouncy floor, great class then back along the river via Sainsburyโ€™s then ran home carrying two big loaves of bread (needed to be balanced :))

It's annoying when they don't tell you why ITG, maybe they haven't got enough crew.

The doc's just phoned me back. He thinks I'm placing a lot of faith in a chest strap HR monitor and if I've got no symptoms then I'm probably ok. I think I'll have a break from running for a while and start spinning next month when my gym membership comes back on and see how I get on then.

Chest strap monitors are said to the most accurate aren't they though? Better than the optical wrist ones anyway. Still since we're all agreed ;-) that it's most likely post-viral, a bit of time and rest should sort it.
