Have a good trip tomorrow ITG.

Lovely view LG.

I went for a run, thought I'd try and keep my HR under 160 - fat chance. Went over 180 at one stage and couldn't run much before it shot up to 170 so much walking was done. I guess I'll have to go and see a doc and try to get to the bottom of it as I'm getting fed up with it now. My thought over the last few weeks is that it's a delayed onset post-viral thing. :-p

I bet it is some sort of post viral thing AR but it would be sensible to find out for sure.

I had an ECG the other week which was fine so there was no follow up. I then ran again and my HR seemed to go back to normal. I then had a week off, ran on Monday - high, and again this evening - seemed even higher. I'll phone the surgery in the morning and see what they come up with.

Columba
Lovely baby photo, Daisy. That's your first grandchild, isn't it?

Glad you got it sorted, ITG - or someone got it sorted for you. I thought of you this morning while reading something about a volcano in Iceland threatening to erupt. I've forgotten its name but it begins with G; it's one of the under-the-ice ones. Sounded quite complex. Hope it doesn't result in an ash cloud which prevents you from flying, - either out or back.

Rather a lot of stress on this thread, one way and another.

Out with the running club tonight for a pyramid session on a rugby pitch. Parts were very squelchy and I came home with wet shoes and wet socks.

Morning all :-) That’s a beautiful route, LG, love Scotland - & agree, probably as you say but does need more checking out AR. Take care all, there’s an undercurrent of stress everywhere nagging away.

Morning all. I think your right ferret, things sound tense for a lot of 700ers.
Well done Columba for your pyramid session. I'm off to do some nasty intervals.
