Anyone want a free turbo trainer? It's a Tacx Flow trainer, I was given it a few months back and to be honest I don't really need it. I plugged it in the other day and it seems to be OK, you'd have to take it as it comes though because I haven't fully tested it. Note that this isn't a "smart" trainer, though you can alter resistance from the digital head unit.

You don't even need to plug it in. I've been using a hand-me-down Flow as a dumb trainer for the last 18 months, it's got a decent flywheel effect for an old-fashioned turbo.

(My old Tacx Speedbreaker broke - the tyre tension lever snapped - and I needed one quickly, a friend obliged.)

I have one of those sitting around. I have a non powered one as well, which I am keeping and sold my rollers. They are seriously heavy... Mine has been sitting outside so the 'lectrics will be destroyed...
